Do you offer exchanges, refunds, or returns?

We only offer exchanges/returns if your item is faulty or damaged. You can view our Returns Policy here.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! There is a 'gift box' product listing which is a luxury eco Woven Oak gift box: just add it to your basket and let us know which items you want to gift.

Do you use real silver/gold/crystal?

Unless otherwise stated: all our crystals are real, gold jewellery is gold-plated sterling silver, and silver jewellery is either solid 925 sterling silver or real silver plated. You can find all our crystal jewellery here and sterling silver here.

How do I find out my ring size?

It's pretty simple, you can find a handy Wikihow here and a size conversion chart here. We size our rings in American/single number sizing.

What shipping service do you use?

For UK orders, we ship Royal Mail 2nd Class. For overseas, we ship International Standard. If you would like a different option, get in touch before placing your order and we can arrange it no problem!

How long does it take to receive my order?

UK orders can take up to a week to arrive but usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Overseas will take 5 - 30 days depending on your location and it's proximity to our HQ here in England. For instance, orders to France or Spain should arrive within 10 days, orders to the USA or Australia usually take longer but shouldn't exceed a month.

I have not received my order, what do I do?

If you have not received your order within the limits stated above, please get in touch by emailing us at hello@woven-oak.com and we'll do our best to help.

How do I cancel/change an order?

Get in touch with us ASAP. If your order has already been shipped unfortunately there is no cancellation/amendment.
